Cost of delivery is £2.95 for all deliveries to the UK under £15.

Cost of delivery is FREE for all deliveries over £15

Delivery costs apply only to the UK – please contact us for International delivery costs

You have 7 days to return your order with us from receiving the goods. A full refund will be issued providing your order is returned in its original condition and at your own cost. We ask that you keep proof of posting. You are responsible for paying all return costs incurred and ensuring safe return of the item to us.

We don’t recommend frequent washing of our alpaca products, they really shouldn’t require it. We take no responsibility for damage or disappointment by incorrect washing – aftercare advice is provided on our website.
